2018 F-150 rear-ended at a stop light — bumper pushed in, trunk lid wouldn't latch, taillights smashed.
Rear bumper assembly crushed, trunk lid bent at the latch point, both taillights shattered, and the rear body panel creased along the driver side.
Pulled and straightened the rear body panel, replaced the bumper assembly, trunk lid, and both taillights. Blended and painted to factory color match. Aligned the trunk lid for a proper seal.
Came back looking like it never happened. Customer said the paint match was perfect — couldn't tell it had ever been hit.
2015 Chevy Silverado intermittently losing power — lights flickering, radio cutting out, sometimes wouldn't start.
Corroded battery terminals causing voltage drop, a failing alternator not holding charge under load, and a frayed ground strap at the firewall.
Replaced the alternator, cleaned and re-terminated the battery cables, and installed a new ground strap. Load-tested the charging system before returning the truck.
No more flickering, starts every time. Customer had been chasing this problem at two other shops — fixed it in one visit.
2019 Toyota Camry pulling hard to the right and grinding noise from the front left when braking.
Left front brake caliper seized and not releasing fully, wearing the rotor down to metal-on-metal. The constant drag had also pulled the alignment out of spec.
Replaced the seized caliper, both front rotors, and brake pads. Reset the alignment to factory spec and road-tested.
Straight tracking, quiet braking, no more pull. Caught it before the rotor damage spread to the wheel bearing.

Car repairs for AC and O2 sensors was completed before their original ETC. I believe the cost for parts and labor were excessive, but overall, they got my wife's car repaired and she was satisfied. Thank you.

Complete Automotive Repair has been part of the Crosby community for over 20 years. We started as a small shop on FM 2100 with a simple goal: give Crosby drivers honest, capable repair work without the runaround.
Today we're still family owned and operated, still on FM 2100, and still doing things the same way.
